April 3rd – Discussion Holger Lyre

Philosopher of science Holger Lyre (University of Magdeburg, Germany) will join us at HLRS on April 3rd 4:00 pm (CET) to discuss his work on „Understanding AI”: Semantic Grounding in Large Language Models. He will give a short intro talk, followed by a discussion. For a better preparation Lyre’s paper can be found here, so pre-read is encouraged.   We will broadcoast the seminar session online.
